SPRINKLER SERVICE

More than 50% of lawn sprinkler systems are neglected year to year, and many systems go 5 years or more without a professional sprinkler tune up.  We see many systems that were never properly adjusted and are spraying water on unintended targets such as hard surfaces, vehicles, and structures.  On a yearly basis, the cost of repairs and adjustments is minimal to have your system running at peak performance, but over a decade these problems can pile up.  We recommend a professional tune up at least every 3 seasons. 

DIY repairs will get you substandard equipment, often installed too high or too low, and most of the time are misaligned with balanced precipitation rates.  The correct precipitation rate will eliminate areas that are too wet or too dry, and we are experts in this understanding.  We will show up to your home fully stocked with the highest quality replacement parts so that we can correct any damage or deficiencies during that appointment. 

Also, we will be happy to answer any of your questions or concerns about the often-confusing controller.  Your understanding of the controller is critical to maintain the desired amount of water on your property without causing excessive water bills.  We can teach you this onsite.
