SPRING ADJUSTMENT / PERFORMANCE INSPECTION

 Anyone can turn on the water and program the irrigation controller, in fact many clients manage these tasks without incident, but let’s talk about efficiency.  Was your system designed by a true professional?  This really matters and many systems were not. 

During the Spring Adjustment/Performance Inspection, we fix some very common problems.  Your sprinkler system should be applying the correct amount of water to each individual microclimate on your property.  Are the areas that are exposed to full sun receiving enough water?  Are the shady spots always too wet? 

Balancing your sprinkler system takes a trained technician to address and correct these problems.  The spring tune up will ensure your system is ready for the coming summer months, as well, we check for any leaks or coverage issues. 

We will come to your home fully equipped with the highest quality parts so that we can correct any damage or deficiencies during that same appointment.  This is a great time to bring up any questions that you have regarding your sprinkler or if you need any help in programming your system to suit your property’s needs.
